Polymer papers and CVRD Establishment of Ministry of Defence have been engaged since 1990 in developing of filters for vehicles of Military applications. Most of the filters are import substitute for power pack consisting of water cooled diesel engine of 1500 hp for transmission line.

In 1990, CVRD, Chennai started exploring their indegenisation of some critical Air Filters & Oil filters.

Polymer Papers was the first in the race to attend the successful development and supply of all Air Filters & Oil filters.

Thus Polymer Papers have added one more feather to their cap by successfully developing TANK AIR FILTERS for the Indian Army.
