These
are specially designed ovens for continuous curing of
pleated filter paper, adhesive bounding of filter cartridges,
or curing of plastisol and polyurethane sections of moulded
air filter ends. This Polymac equipment provides thermostatically
controlled uniform temperature as required by the above
curing functions. The oven has forced air circulation
with a temperature range up to 250o C. it is also insulated
with glass wool so as to minimize heat loss. The oven
is supplied to suit specific applications depending
in customer requirements and production capacity. It is
designed for electric powered heating can also be offered
with thermic fluid, gas or oil fired heating.
